A stay in a renovated room offered a fresh and comfortable feel. The spacious accommodations were a plus, but ongoing water leakage from the shower and issues with coffee mugs were frustrating. Cleaning services were inconsistent. I only received proper cleaning after multiple requests. The friendly front desk staff contributed to an overall pleasant atmosphere, though breakfast options could use improvement.

Great for family vacations!
I really liked the spacious rooms, felt more like an apartment than a hotel. Plus, the bed was so soft, I didn't want to get up in the morning and the kitchen was very handy for making breakfast.
It wasn't cheap. but you know, it was still acceptable.

Breakfast bummer
We stayed in the penthouse and were super excited, but breakfast was a letdown. We got there at 9am, but by the time we finally got to the waffle maker, they were out of batter. The kids were so sad! Also, the room cleanliness wasn’t great. I had to ask for a new shower curtain. The pool was tiny too.

spacious rooms design, varied room options for families, outdoor leisure spaces
The parking situation is a disaster—only a few spots available!!! Noise from partying guests and traffic can be unbearable at night. Air conditioning problems seem to be ongoing, leading to discomfort during the stay!!!

great night but minor cleaning attention needed
The room provided a spacious layout, allowing us to feel comfortable during our stay. Breakfast options included a gluten-free muffin that I particularly enjoyed.
Minor cleaning attention needed in the corners of the bathroom.

Comfortable bed made for a good night's rest.
Unfortunately, my stay was hindered by a persistent smell in the room upon arrival, which was really disappointing. The room didn't resemble the photos shown online and felt quite old and cramped. To add to my frustration, I had to involve the office due to loud noise outside, which disrupted my peace during quiet hours.
